The event will consist of a tour of the High Plains Raceway facilities, pre-paid parade laps ($20 of registration fee) on the track led by several members of the RMR Chief Driving Instructors, followed by a drive from HPR to Helga's German Restaurant. We will meet at Sinclair Gas Station at 10:00 AM, the event will begin at 11:00 AM at High Plains Raceway. Participants are urged to allow sufficient travel time to arrive at the Sinclair Gas Station to 10:30 AM. Upon entry to High Plains all adult participants must complete a "Speed Waiver" and parents of minors must sign a liability waiver for the entry to the property.

The tour is for Porsche cars, SUV’s and EV’s! The participants will be driving his/her own car. All drivers must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license. All occupants in the vehicle must wear seat belts. No helmets are required. Cabriolets and Targa’s are allowed with the original factory equipment roll over protection.

Registration will open at 6:00 PM MDT on April 15, 2025.

All participants will be verified of registration and must sign the digital PCA tour event speed waiver prior to attending a mandatory drivers' meeting at 11:30 AM. The HPR tour and parade laps will conclude by 1:15 PM. After a group debriefing, participants will then follow an organized drive from HPR to Helga's German Restaurant & Deli. The Helga's lunch will begin approximately around 2:30 PM. The registration fee includes the lunch and a contribution to the DE Charity. Any additional dessert and/or adult beverages will be billed individually.

Event requirements
If there are minor children (under 18 years old) in your Tour group you will need to have at least one parent or guardian fill out a wavier for each minor and bring it to the track, Minor and Parent Form Waiver Observer. Also, bring a completed form for minors in touring laps for each minor and bring them to the track, Parental Consent Form Minors in Touring Laps.

The Tour driver must be 18 or older.
